Unblock your Hotmail, Live, MSN, Outlook account online

You can unblock your account from your PC. Here's how:

1. Go to https://account.live.com.
2. Just below Sign there is a link which says "Can't access you account"
3. Follow the instructions on the page and thats done by any tech support too.
4. Try to remember answers to the questions.
5. If you do not remember the details no one can recover your password
6. If you call on any given numbers leading to recovery it will be a waste of time and money.
7. People will say that your account got hacked and now your computer is going to be hacked too and you got to pay money to use a safe computer.  Do not fall for that.  Warning you do not fall for it.

Unable to Contact support to unblock your account

Go to Step 1, Cheers.

Other reasons why your account might be blocked

There might be an issue on hotmail end and their servers are down for that moment but it never take longer than a few hours.

Pogo Games Connect

Pogo is a popular free online gaming site and as with all sites, there tends to be problems. There are common to see topics or questions about to resolve problems with playing Pogo games.
Keeping that in mind I have put together a small guide on how to try and correct these types of problems yourself before you post a topic about them.
If none of the suggestions here work, then please feel free to post a topic with your question.
First and foremost you can access the Pogo Technical Support site by going to

https://help.ea.com/en/pogo

Once you are at the site ask a question there in the search box or login with your pogo account and try to chat with a games advisor.

Update your Java Virtual Machine. You can download the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com. Before downloading and installing a new version, please make sure you uninstall the current version by clicking on Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Once the Add/Remove Programs screen comes up, look for the Sun Java entries and uninstall them. Then you can install the latest version from the java.com web site.



Apply all the available updates to Windows by installing them from this url: http://update.microsoft.com. You must use Internet Explorer to install the updates from here.
