Pogo is a popular free online gaming site and as with all sites, there tends to be problems. There are common to see topics or questions about to resolve problems with playing Pogo games.
Keeping that in mind I have put together a small guide on how to try and correct these types of problems yourself before you post a topic about them.

First and foremost you can access the Pogo Technical Support site by going to
https://help.ea.com/en/pogo
Once you are at the site ask a question there in the search box or login with your pogo account and try to chat with a games advisor.
Update your Java Virtual Machine. You can download the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com. Before downloading and installing a new version, please make sure you uninstall the current version by clicking on Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Once the Add/Remove Programs screen comes up, look for the Sun Java entries and uninstall them. Then you can install the latest version from the java.com web site.
Apply all the available updates to Windows by installing them from this url: http://update.microsoft.com. You must use Internet Explorer to install the updates from here.
