Unblock your Hotmail, Live, MSN, Outlook account online
You can unblock your account from your PC. Here's how:
- Go to https://account.live.com.
- Just below Sign there is a link which says "Can't access you account"
- Follow the instructions on the page and thats done by any tech support too.
- Try to remember answers to the questions.
- If you do not remember the details no one can recover your password
- If you call on any given numbers leading to recovery it will be a waste of time and money.
- People will say that your account got hacked and now your computer is going to be hacked too and you got to pay money to use a safe computer. Do not fall for that. Warning you do not fall for it.

Other reasons why your account might be blocked
There might be an issue on hotmail end and their servers are down for that moment but it never take longer than a few hours.
